Standing Room Only! Mayo Clinic

This is a great article to gain insight of what we are doing in our classrooms with our students, are we promoting sedentary or movement? I am not too sure if I am ready to have my students standing up all day, but I am more than ready to put a few standing tables so my students can freely choose from many options including standing, kneeling, lying, seating, etc.!
